Meet one of our interns, Sarah Tindal- Mannon

Sarah Tindal is an intern at Speranza Ranch Counseling and is passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate healing, growth, and personal empowerment. She holds a Doctor of Forensic Science (DFS) with a focus in Forensic Psychology from Oklahoma State University, as well as a Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degrees in Leadership Communications and Psychology. She is also currently working toward licensure as a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in the state of Colorado.

Sarah has experience working with a variety of concerns, including trauma and PTSD, domestic violence, addiction, protective parenting, anger management, self-esteem, problem-solving, and coping skills. She is deeply committed to helping clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and rediscover hope during life’s most challenging moments.

Sarah also enjoys working with children and adolescents, recognizing that young people often experience challenges in unique and complex ways. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children and teens feel comfortable expressing themselves, building confidence, and developing healthy coping skills. Sarah is passionate about helping young clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and life challenges while empowering them to feel understood, supported, and capable of growth.

Sarah believes in creating a supportive, compassionate environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and encouraged to find their voice. She is dedicated to helping individuals heal, overcome obstacles, and work toward meaningful goals that foster lasting growth and well-being.
